We explore a range of design directions through sketching and early-stage 3D concepts. Typically, three distinct approaches are developed, allowing us to evaluate different ideas and collaboratively select the strongest direction to move forward.

Design Refinement
What this phase involves :
We take the selected concept and develop it into a cohesive, production-ready design. This stage focuses on resolving functionality, optimising form, and ensuring the product is viable for manufacturing, cost, and real-world use.

✔ Colour, Material & Finish (CMF) specifications
✔ Exploded views and assembly detailing
✔ High-quality renderings for presentations and marketing
✔ Manufacturing feasibility and cost considerations

Prototyping & Design for Manufacture
What this phase involves :
We translate the refined design into production-ready documentation and support the prototyping process. This stage focuses on validating performance, resolving technical details, and ensuring the design is optimised for efficient, scalable manufacturing—minimising risks before full production.
